- Cost: Has the highest monthly premiums, but the cost-sharing is the lowest of all levels.
- Coverage: Covers approximately 90% of the average person’s estimated total health care costs.
- Ideal for: Individuals who anticipate using many medical services and prefer to have higher monthly premiums in exchange for minimal cost-sharing.
